I am not a big fan of standing at vendor exhibition stands at conferences. However:
- Bursars of independent schools are a small community and it is great to see the people.
- Having a stand is worthwhile, possibly essential. It is just if I need to be there with a grin on my face.
I think From St Albans With Love was my first live event since Covid…. We had a great time in support of a good cause.

Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away.
